19/6/21 ***Lesson learned for living The Athlete4Life Way

 QUALITY...  That is the one single word I can think of.

Rest is the most important precursor to quality living.  Therefore as much as I want to exercise 7 days a week, I also listen intently to my body.

While I enjoy the feeling of being in a Peak State, I need to rest.  

I should not feel guilty during my Rest Days PROVIDED I don't gorge on Sugar and Starch.

That's what I am doing today.  I want to know what is the right amount of carbs I should take during my Rest Day.

It should not be too much that I feel depressed and not too little that I feel fatigued.
