Right from the beginning with the 12 MA Kettlebell HIIT, my form is out. I only managed to do 2/3 of the routine sloppily.
My joints feel stiff. They were aching too.
I then proceed to Vedi Vidi Vici. I only did the first two routines. Can't proceed further. I was famished and tired.
So I went for what is available in the kitchen; Magnum ice cream, crackers, croissant, raisins, 3-in-1 coffee, and digestive. There goes my diet for the day.
I NEED THE CALORIES... So much talk about being fat-adapted.
Today is just a temporary setback. I will get back on the wagon by tomorrow.
