 These are my clear and eminent danger:

  • Rice
  • 3-in-1 Coffee
  • Crackers
  • Honey 
  • Kit Kat
  • Raisins
  • Prunes
 They are the staple food in my kitchen.

The voice of OMAD LCHF is fading out.

Time to calibrate.  Unless I eat OMAD LCHF, I will not lose weight.

It is quite obvious.

The attitude that I need to adopt is the attitude of quitting an addiction.

Sugar and Starch are addictive.

I CRAVE FOR CARBS.  IN THE END, I BINGE
