12/5/21 ^^^At this point I just want to maintain my sanity

 So today I want to talk about being thin.

It's not easy.  I am hungry in the morning.

Maybe if I exercise again that will curb my appetite.

Every day I am either hungry or sleepy.

I need to stay on track with OMAD LCHF.

The key is the ABILITY TO WITHSTAND HUNGER.

I also need to beat depression.
