All it takes is some good sleep and plenty of comfort food.

Let's take it easy tonight...

All I want to say is, I want to enjoy my life as a retiree.

If *[] (I) can cruise for the rest of my life, I will be very happy indeed.

* Yup, everything is going smoothly.

I just concentrate on my aim to run the 21 km Hill Run Bukit Kiara.

This is just a temporary setback.

Once I am back into the groove, I will focus on my Vision Quest again.

As for tonight, let's cherish life.

I want to converse with the Giants Troika.
