 I sleep well, I move throughout the day and I eat right.

Just [right] (like) that I achieve Mens Sana in Corpore Sano.

You know what?  When everything is right, my reward is only a mug of cold black coffee.

That how simple it is to attain the Zen of Personal Bliss.
